The purpose of the Multicultural Greek Council at the University of Missourishall be to uphold the Greek values of scholarship, leadership, service, brotherhood/sisterhood. The MGC at the University of Missouri-Columbia also holds the value of cultural awareness as one of the defining aspects of the council. The council shall serve to unify organizations and promote programming to support the values dear to Greek Life at the University of Missouri and those of the member organizations. Further, the Multicultural Greek Council will also serve as a liaison between the Multicultural Greek Council, the university and the students.
